Q: How many people can go on our trip?
A: Coast Guard regulation allows a maximum of six people.
Q: What do I need to bring on our trip?
A: Food and beverages for your day
- Sun screen
- Sun glasses
- Weather appropriate clothing
- Captain Daniels supplies all the bait and tackle
Q: What happens to our catch?
A: The fish are yours to keep, although, we adhere to all rules
and regulations (bag & size limits) set forth by National Marine
Fisheries.
Q: Is there a fish cleaning service?
A: Yes. Oregon Inlet Fishing Center has a professional fish
cleaning service available. Your fish are picked up at the back
of the boat, cleaned, and bagged for you. I recommend this
service as a easy way to end your day.
Q: How do I make arrangements to have my fish mounted?
A: Just tell Captain Daniels and he'll take care of the
paperwork and measurements for you. Once he's finished, it's
still your fish to have cleaned for dinner.
Q: What is a customary tip for the mate?
A: As a general rule of thumb, tip like you would in a
restaurant - 15% to 20% of the charter price.
Q: What time do we leave the dock?
A: A typical day runs from 5:30am - 4:00pm |
